YC-610 Principle of laboratory high-efficiency Tablet Coater:

The coating pot makes a reciprocating circular motion driven by the motor. The pills and tablets are driven by the guide plate and anti-slip strip of the coating pot to make a reciprocating and tumbling motion. The spray head continuously sprays the coating material to the tablet bed, at the same time, under negative pressure, hot air continuously passes through the tablet bed layer and is discharged from the bottom, so that the coating material on the surface of the pills is quickly and evenly dried, thereby forming a strong, flat, uniform and smooth outer film.

Color touch screen control, process parameters are automatically controlled by PLC.
The coating pot can be customized: pots with different volumes can be customized according to customer needs to meet different experiments.
Deflector design: The deflector plate of the coating pot is specially designed and is in a Z-shape, which can realize the Z-shaped flipping movement of the tablet bed layer, extend the material running path, and improve the uniformity of coating.
The pills and tablets are in a clean and sealed rotating drum, driven by the motor to make a reciprocating circular motion. Spray head atomization fan surface adjustment: The spray head increases the fan surface air source and can adjust the atomization fan surface size online to meet the coating experiments of different pots and different batches.
Ventilation structure: The air inlet and outlet are designed with wind catchers to improve ventilation efficiency and tablet bed heat exchange efficiency, thereby improving coating efficiency.

The special stirrer design can effectively prevent the tablet from slipping against the wall and affecting the uniformity of coating.
Using by a new spray head, the atomization is uniform, the spray surface is large, and the material can be sprayed continuously. The nozzle has a needle function, and the frequency of the needle can be adjusted on the touch screen.
The atomization pressure can be adjusted and displayed on the touch screen, and the spray atomization pressure range can be set on the touch screen. If the atomization pressure is less than or exceeds the set range, the peristaltic pump will automatically stop feeding to prevent dripping material from causing uneven coating.
